Rhubarb is finally popping up in the stores near me, so I've gathered all of my favorite rhubarb recipes here for you. Some of these are old-fashioned family favorites from handwritten recipe cards.
While others are newer and trendier, but each of these recipes makes a perfect spring dessert. The majority of these recipes will also work with frozen rhubarb, just check out the recipe for instructions on how to use frozen rhubarb.
